"I wanted to write to let you know how delighted we have been with not only our Milk Street bedroom set (convertible crib, dresser, nightstand) but also the unbelievable and personal customer service. First the furniture: it is stylish, well built functional and even innovative. The touch sensitive under lighting is really useful and the crib and (eventually) bed are timeless. I expect our son to keep this furniture until college! Now the customer service: we purchased our furniture from a boutique in the DC area. We did not notice that they did not deliver the bed slats for the convertible crib. We were moderately panicked when the store where we purchased it was non responsive. We decided to reach out to milk street directly. Within one business day, we received a call from Milk Street committing to sending us the parts free of charge. Fran even gave us her mobile phone if we had any problems. We have 3 children and all have nice furniture. But the Milk Street set stands out as our favorite."
