Covid-19

Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic, delivery times may take longer than expected. Even as businesses and industry begins to open up, we are still experiencing many disruptions throughout the shipping and delivery industry.  Please be assured that we are doing our best to deliver your furniture safely and timely. White Glove delivery may be limited or unavailable in many areas due to public health regulations or restrictions. We still strongly urge White Glove delivery, and if it's unavailable in your area, we will work with you to make your delivery the best we can. Thank you for your patience during this time.

At Milk Street, we strive to deliver your purchase with excellent service, every time. We will do our best to make this part special and stress-free. We offer Furniture Delivery on applicable products for each order shipping to one address. Your furniture will be delivered by experienced delivery professionals.

PREPARING FOR FURNITURE DELIVERY
It is your responsibility to ensure that all furniture items will fit through any access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators and around corners into the desired location.

SCHEDULING YOUR DELIVERY
Once you are notified that items are ready for delivery, we ask that you take receipt of them within 30 days. At the time of scheduling, please notify Milk Street of any special requirements necessary to ensure a successful delivery. This includes, but is not limited to, the need for small trucks to navigate narrow roads and driveways, restricted delivery time frames due to local ordinances, gated entry access, proof of insurance for high rise and condominium buildings, multiple flights of stairs and service elevator reservations.

WHAT TO EXPECT ON DELIVERY DAY                                                           Once your shipment is in your area you will receive an email from noreply@fragilepak.comto schedule your delivery. This email will give you critical information about what to expect and will include a link to the Fragile Pak site where you can track your order from the time it leaves us up to your delivery. You will be asked to fill out a brief questionnaire to make this delivery appointment go as smoothly as possible.

White Glove Delivery includes delivery inside your home, where experienced furniture delivery service professionals will carefully unpack and inspect each item, assemble it and place it in your room of choice. For your convenience, all packing materials will be removed. We ask that you closely inspect your item(s) before our delivery professionals leave your home.

Room Of Choice Delivery includes delivery into a room of choice in your home. We will need to know the specifics of location; number of stairs, tight hallways or stairwells, all of which you will tell us in the questionnaire provided ahead of your delivery. Please be on the lookout for an email from noreply@fragilepak.com.

Standard Delivery includes delivery to your door. You will be responsible to unpack, inspect and move the furniture to your room of choice. You will need to dispose of the packing materials including the pallet.

Wiill Call is an option for families that would rather not have our team enter their home.

Our delivery professionals are not permitted to move furniture currently in your home, nor are they allowed to move or set up electrical equipment. To facilitate delivery, please clear the space where furniture or rugs will be placed prior to delivery.

An authorized individual must be home during your scheduled delivery window to accept and inspect your items and sign the delivery receipt.

LONG DRIVEWAYS AND REMOTE AREAS
To help reduce damages and expedite deliveries, Milk Street utilizes large, national freight carriers to deliver our palletized furniture. If your residence is off a long driveway or in a remote location, these trucks may be unable to unload your furniture at your home. Please arrange to have help via a local carrier or friend with a truck to help bring your furniture up to your doorway.

We urge you to be present at the time of delivery. In the event your cartons arrive with visible damage, please refuse the freight so that we can file a claim immediately. Claims must be reported within 24 hours. If any damage is noticed after the time of delivery(concealed damage,) Milk Street will work through this with you, replacing the item if we have stock or by scheduling a furniture medic or service technician to repair the damage at no charge to you. Contact Us for more information.

For items that are out of stock, the estimated in stock date is an approximate date the goods are expected to arrive at our distribution center, and is subject to change.

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO boxes, APO and FPO addresses.
