Milk Street Baby is pleased to introduce four new baby and child collections, proudly 100% made in the USA. For years, producing domestically has been a dream of ours, and after extensive research and effort, we’ve partnered with an artisan-quality construction source and an independent master finishing shop. Together, they create the most exquisite cribs and case goods ever made for the nursery.
Proudly handcrafted in the beautiful state of Indiana, each piece is personally signed by our chief artisan, Marlin Miller. Our cribs are constructed with mortise and tenon joinery and our dressers feature extra-thick dovetail drawer boxes.
We believe that having experts in both furniture structure and finishing is crucial, which is why we utilize two separate factories for our USA-made products. Gerald and Albert Miller, masters in furniture finishing, lead the way.
Albert trained in finishing and color mixing at Finish Works, and Gerald joined in 2006 to manage sales. What started as an 8,000 sq. ft. shop has since grown sevenfold, with continued capacity for expansion. Approaching 20 years in the business, the Millers offer finishing tones and processes that set them apart.
Furniture arrives at their shop as raw wood, where it’s sanded, finished, inspected, and blanket-wrapped for direct shipment to businesses and homes across the country. Milk Street Baby offers three tiers of finish, across a palette of 16 colors, each priced accordingly.
