Our Relic universal adult bed conversion kit is finished and constructed with that same earthy, Vermont feel found across the Relic Collection. Its richly distressed wood grain and thick, chunky posts add to its warm, organic aesthetics. Please note that our adult bed kit utilizes the front and the back of your crib to convert into a full-size bed. Kit includes the bed rails, support slats and feet and all hardware needed. Can be used with or without a box spring. Also take a look at our LOW PROFILE footboard for a new twist on our full bed conversion offering the perfect proportions!
