Milk Street offers one convertible crib in the True Collection. This collection is rare; it defines “Rustic Contemporary.” Unlike most furniture classified as contemporary, the True is eclectic. It works well with all styles. This high-back, convertible crib boasts an amazing contradiction of deeply sandblasted Spruce wood framing sleekly painted surfaces. Thick angular frames against simple spindles offer a contrast that we love.
Available in two finishes: Mud & Snow White and Snowstorm White
Details: All of our 4-in-1 cribs are convertible and are built from solid, sturdy, grade-A hardwood. Designed with stationary sides and no moving parts for safety. This crib fits a standard size crib mattress with mattresses sold separately. After your nursery needs have been met, your crib transitions into a toddler bed, daybed, and adult full-size bed. These four modes allow your crib to convert and grow with your child. All of our high-back convertible cribs (4-in-1) offer a 3 position, metal mattress support system. When your baby is first born, you will want to keep your mattress at the top or highest position. As your baby starts standing, you will know it is time to lower the heights. By the time your baby begins to pull up, usually around 5-6 months, the mattress height should be at its lowest point. Keep your mattress height in its lowest position when using your crib as a tot bed. Another name for this type of 4-in-1 crib is “high back’ crib, meaning it has a back or headboard that is higher than the other three sides. A high back crib makes a beautiful full-size bed because of the nice high back which will ultimately serve as a headboard when attached to a standard metal bedframe (frame sold separately).
CARE: For all Milk Street Baby Furniture you can clean by using only mild household soap and warm water. Do not use bleach or detergent. Do not use abrasive cleaners which can scratch the finish. Use a clean soft cloth to wash, rinse and dry. With proper care, the quality finish will last a long time. Wood surfaces may be treated with a light application of a high quality, non-toxic furniture polish.
